Youth Lacrosse Program

Spring 2010

Season Runs March thru June

Sign-Up Information	Dates, Times, and Locations
For Washington Township Boys  Grades  3-8 and  Girls   Grades 1-8            Birth Certificates required for all registrants.            The program is a member of the South Jersey Youth Lacrosse League and follows their Rules and Regulations.           EACH player must be a registered member of US Lacrosse Association – information available at sign up or at www.uslacrosse.org	Thursday, December 10, 2009   6 pm to 8:30 pm             Saturday, December 12, 2009   10 am to 12 noon          WTHS 9-10 Wing, Cafeteria C/D             Tuesday, December 15, 2009      6 pm to 8:30 pm                      WTHS 11-12 Wing,, Cafeteria A

Registration Fees

Fees include uniform costs, referee, and field usage.

Boys	Girls
Grades 3 – 8 - $150.00	Grades 1 - 4 - $ 130.00*     Grades 5 - 8 - $ 150.00 *Girls on the 1st thru 4th grade team will be playing    other  girls that are in 3rd and 4th grades

Late Registration

Late Registration will be accepted at the Parks & Recreation Office beginning December 16. There is a $25 late registration fee. Last day for registration is February 4, 2010.

Lacrosse Equipment

All players must have their own equipment.  Boys’ uniforms will be ordered at a later date during the season.  Please see individual coach for details. Girls’ uniforms are available for sizing at sign ups, if you cannot size that day, please see Bill Keeley at MBM Sports.

Volunteers

The lacrosse program in Washington Township is a volunteer organization.  Volunteers are needed to serve in many capacities.  If interested in volunteering your time in any capacity, contact:

For the safety of our children, the Township is enforcing its Ordinance #38-2007.  All volunteers in contact with children shall be subject to a criminal history record background check.

Washington Township Parks and Recreation abides by the Youth Code of Conduct, Ord. #21-2002, approved by Township Council

All volunteers must also complete the Rutgers Certification Class.  Please call WTPR Office at 589-3227.

WTPR Cancellation Policy

There is a $10.00 fee charged for anyone canceling from the program.  Additionally, if a uniform has already been ordered, the cost of the uniform is deducted from the registration fee.
